Great location with many options within 1 - 2 train stations away other than the excellent 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Hotel pool and gym are one of the best. Staff are friendly too.

Very grand reception area makes you immediately impressed but that’s as far as it goes. Dinis room is enormous and evening meal just average. Service pretty poor standard too. Breakfast below average, stale bread, stale pastries. If you want noodles and rice with curry you’re catered for… breakfast? No thanks. Pool a bit dirty and building works happening right next to it. Bedroom basic, dirty tile grouting, old thin threadbare towels. Air conditioning in room was in need of a service, smelled stale - made my nose sore. Roof top terrace “sun deck and bar” closed indefinitely according to front desk. All in all, not a great experience.
