My impression is this was once a luxury family resort, but some physical structures lack maintenance and repair. The dock to the lake is is in ruin.

Stayed just overnight for a long stayover with flights. Beautiful clean swimming pools and was surprised by a very opulent dinner buffet at a very reasonable price.

Wonderful service and amenities on the property. We enjoyed the multiple pools & the live music (Saturday night) at the cafe. We had a nice evening strolling along the lake (go to Putra Mosque and the Millenium Monument!) and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning

I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya multiple times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. While it's not the most convenient location if you don't have transportation, as it's away from shopping malls and the KL city center, the tranquility and comfort make up for it. It's an excellent choice for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. During my last visit, I accidentally left a few items in my room, and the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me to retrieve them. Their attentiveness and efficiency were much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable getaway near the city.
