Excellent place to stay and friendly staff. Just one lady at the front desk was a bit rude however majority of the staff was great. It’s in close proximity to the KL tower and the twin towers and KLCC.

Value for money. The two bedroom department for 4 people is very big. However, there is room for improvement on the overall cleanness and in-room facilities , such as washroom door. It is 15 min walking distance to KLCC. Overall service is great

Excellent Hotel

location to the petronas towers, LRT and new years fireworks was excellent. Second time I have stayed here. Lack of food variety was a problem at 8.30am due to large amount of guests.. Staff tried to keep up.

cleanliness is good except for their bathtub and windows. breakfast choices not great or tasty. service and comfort while staying there were pretty great. their indoor jacuzzi was amazing. lastly, the wifi is the worst lol not reliable at all. personally i wouldn’t come back to this hotel because i think there are better options but it was an overall good stay!

Amazing hotel, as advertised. Recommend it and definitely would stay again.. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 .5 bathroom apartment. The bedrooms are huge.. The apartment-hotel has all the comforts of home..We stayed 6 nights.. The buffet breakfast has 3 different cuisines. Great food!!

Fantastic view from spacious apartment

Great place for the price and certainly value for money. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious with a fantastic view of the twin towers. Service is generally good and the location is just a short walk from KLCC. Breakfast is not bad, but the dining room can get a bit chaotic, especially if there are lots of kids around. Sometimes went for breakfast and none of the empty tables had cutlery on them, so I hope they can improve this. Otherwise, highly recommended.
