Stunning, well-designed hotel. We stayed in a King room, and were very impressed with the space. The rooftop bar and infinity pool offer incredible views of one of the Twin Towers, along with plenty of great seating options.

The room was average and smaller than expected for a Hyatt property, and I didn’t like how the bathroom and shower were separated — the layout felt a bit tight. The breakfast spread was decent but lacked variety across days. However, the staff were excellent — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, especially at the front door and with luggage or taxis. The location is great, with easy access to nearby spots within a short Grab or walk. The rooftop bar and pool are nice touches. Overall, a good stay, but I’d recommend opting for a more spacious room and hoping for a wider breakfast selection next time.

hotel room is comfy, with most of the essentials are available in the room. Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL. Food is superb! breakfast counter the is one of the best. tanburi is also delicious, must try mushroom bryani! overall its a great stay! thanks :)
