Apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen, whole space is 80 squre meters- can accommodate up to 4 people. Master bedroom is equipped with private bathrom and queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed which is also pretty good for two people. There is a kitchen with dinning area with basic cooking facilities and dinning set for 4 people.
The building is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Benefit from this location, you will save a lot of time on traffic. You can go to the biggest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur just by walking across the street. Suria KLCC is definitely a wonderful place for shopping, dining and taking photos of the famous Twin Tower. It is also very close to supermarket and ATM. The housekeeper can speak Chinese, English, and Malaysia. Free luggage storage is available.
In one of the bedroom, you will have a lovely city view through the big french window.
There are 3 swimming pools all on the 3rd floor and they are free. Your elevator card can only take you to your floor, 3rd floor and ground floor. So the security in this building is very reassuring. I never received the check-in information. I contacted the host multiple times within the month before. I also contacted VRBO multiple times and was told to wait. A customer service rep called the day before our departure and said that if I didn’t receive my information that my stay would be refunded and a new accommodation would be covered. They also tried contacting host with no response. All my family arrives and we have no accommodations. Instead of spending time enjoying my family, I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes. I am now paying for international calling to resolve the situation. That cost me more money. Although I had a case number, every customer service rep started at the very beginning trying to call the host while I pay to sit on hold. By the time they were able to help with new accommodations, most were no longer available. My chosen accommodation was within walking distance from the mall so everyone could go as they wish. Every accommodation they tried to rebook was a 20 minute taxi ride away. More expense! Finally I was told to book my own stay and send the confirmation and they would cover the difference. No longer will they pay for the new reservation. I book a new location, send the information as requested. I have not received any more contact so I will have to fight for the reimbursement. Never again VRBO!
