This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Everything was clean and well-kept and they cleaned your room everyday if you wanted. There was plenty of space for my mom and I and it had a great view. The staff was very friendly and the place was easily walkable to many places or a short Grab ride away. I would definitely recommend.

Cleanest place we've stayed in. Nice big rooms with a quality feel and brilliant views. Had an issue with a neighbour which was resolved promptly and a gift of fruit even though not the hotels fault. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Really nice and spacious room but AVOID room 4505

The bedroom itself was a good size, had enough cupboard space for clothes. The kitchen was brilliant, had all the appliances; dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer which made it SO easy for us to wash clothes especially with a little one. The first apartment; the bathroom had a nasty sewer like smell on the night of the first stay, I raised this with concierge and they said they will send somebody to check. So they checked and cleaned the drain they said, however I had the same issue next day and also that evening. I asked for a room change because I honestly couldn't stand the smell. Eventually on day 3 if I remember correctly, we had a room swap on the night of. Bellboy and another staff member helped me take out everything from the room to the new one, new room had no smell issues at all. Room 4505 was the smelly one, moved to 4705 and that was fine. AVOID room 4505.

Was an amazing stay we got a high floor room and were able to see menara KL from our room. Truly breathtaking views and staff were nice and accommodating. The area is nice with pavilion, TRX and even patronas in less than 30 mins walking distance.

The Lanson was exceptional. We arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated us with an early check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Serviced everyday, spotless. The pool was amazing. The front desk staff and security were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and night market. Highly recommended.

Nice stay but terrible internet.

Have stayed here 4 times since 2018 for holidays with family. Property is clean. Good location to city and food places. Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are serviced well everyday . The property is in need of modernising with smart tvs required in bedrooms and lounge room. It is an expensive place to stay. The internet is terrible. If I could give 1 star for that I would. This needs to be upgraded!! Overall though it’s a good stay. But I’m not sure I would stay again with the lack of quality internet and smart TVs. This is only based on what you are spending to stay here and I was required to still do some work on computer as I run my own business.

Fantastic view and convenient location. There were some minor things like a broken drawer and the shower temperature was difficult to adjust— it was either ridiculously hot or cold one of the nights, but seemed ok the other nights. There was an in room electric kettle, which was used often. There was also a coffee machine in the room. A self service convenience store on property was appreciated. There’s also a cafe on property. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Plates, cups, utensils, etc were provided. Lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.
