nice apartment.. small swimming pool, late open for lazy river at 11am. take some time for waiting lift. soap for bath not enough. btw, good to stay at my apartment.

まず、10時までにチェックイン出来ない場合は連絡をしてくれということだったので連絡したのですが、応答なし。現地到着後チェックインできるか聞いたら今日はできないから違うところに泊まってくれと言われたので、その分の返金があるのかと次の日にチェックインできるか聞き、どちらもできると言われたのに、次の日に言ったら返金はなし、チェックインもできずすべてキャンセルされていました。何回もホテルに問い合わせたのにここに電話してくれとエクスペディアとホテルの間でたらい回しにされました。ホテル側はかけたらここに電話してって言ったでしょとそのまま電話を切られました。チェックインするまで4時間ほど外のイスで待たされました。何回話をしようとしてもまともに話してくれませんでし。部屋は無料wifiがあると書いてあるにも関わらずwifiがなしの部屋にされました。今回の旅行に関してとても不快な思いをしました。二度と使いません。
