Compared to the pictures uploaded on expedia, it’s way worse.
It feels like a 3star or more like a motel. Building itself is not bad so it has nice lobby but that’s it.
Beddings or trays, kettle, bathroom faucets.. didn’t seem to be cleaned and had stains on it. Beddings felt humid even though the room was very freezing with non stop AC.
Towels are worn out and pool towel had really big brown stain. Poolside sofas’ and beds’ cushions are also stained. Gym is quite tiny.
In-Room Dining service ordering system isn’t flawless and dishes, utensils or tablecloth are also very wornout. Serving amounts are good and food is tasty but quality wise, disappointing.
And personally I felt a bit scammed.
I specifically chose family suite paying almost double because according to the room picture on expedia, only this room had merdeka 118view. Because the only reason I chose this hotel was the merdeka 118 view, I even left a message to the hotel prior as well.
However, we couldn’t see any glimpse of it. Front office’s staff told me all the rooms of this room type doesn’t have merdeka 118 view.
And in general, conversations with staffs in English weren’t as easy compared to other hotels. Quite frustrating experience.
Overall, it was a spacious room and the pool&lobby was very nice and clean. Staff who brought the in-room dining was very professional and kind. But other than that, very disappointing and don’t think they worth the price.
