Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend.

Staff were so warm and welcoming. They were all very nice and considerate too. The toom was spotless and when we had a tv issuse they switched our room within 30 minutes. The restaurants and bars were amazing as well with great food and drinks.

my 2nd time here, room was clean and ready when we got it. all hotel staff (receptionist, bell boy, restaurant, housekeeping) was friendly and professional too. my only setback was that on my last day, i was queuing for 15mins for my breakfast buffet - this is my first time experiencing it with a 5-star hotel as i never had to do this however, i observed how the hotel staffs were prompt and quick to rectify the situation by extending the outside tables to guests as soon it was available and replenishing food quickly. maybe hotel can look into this?
