Not up to standard

Check in and out was horrendous.We had already notified the agent of our arrival time,yet still had to wait over 30 minutes for the keyholder to turn up. We booked 2 apartments but he originally brought keys for only 1.The apartments were not up to usual standard with cracked mirrors,damaged floor tiles and chunks missing from furniture fittings. No complete dinner service and only 1 glass between the two of us. We bought new towels as those in the apartment were threadbare. On leaving we had to hand our keys back to receive our deposit.I advised them twice that we needed to check out at 8.30am,once the evening before and I messaged again at 8.22am .Our taxi was kept waiting for 20 minutes as the young lad eventually arrived at 8.50am!! We love the area and have stayed at Mercu Summer Suites often,but will not be going back to those managed by Luna

Place was as described and great. Elevator waits can be long as only 4 and 35 floors. Tourists coming and going, plus traffic to rooftop pool cause delays. But still great!
