Super Annoyed

Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility.

Didn’t even get to stay because no one were there to greet or even pick up the phone for me to check in. Had to get another accommodation elsewhere. And they refuse to refund. Shouldn’t be on Expedia at all.
