After you've cruised Kunming for a while, spread your wings and discover Yunnan's many other offerings. Yunnan has rivers, mountains and canyons, as well as common Yunnan tourist sights like the old towns. Visitors in this fabulous part of China commonly enjoy snowboarding, skiing and mountain climbing.

The nearest places to spend the night in Yunnan include Kunming City Centre and Chenggong County. Kunming City Centre is 60 kilometres to the south of Kunming, while Chenggong County is 75 kilometres to the south of Kunming. Accommodations in Kunming City Centre include the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Colorful Yunnan Kunming and Kunming Wenhui Hotel. The Howard Johnson Tropical Garden Plaza Kunming and Xiang Yue Apartment Hotel- Chenggong are some of the hotels in Chenggong County.
