Perfect for large families!

The house was perfect for our large family! Nice to have multiple decks for the teens and adults to have different spaces if we wanted. Love the open floor plan and having 3.5 baths was awesome! The location is perfect and just a short walk across the street to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Great location!

Short walk across the street to the public beach access and right in-between fort fisher and Carolina beach activities. Located in a quiet area for the family but with plenty of restaurants and places to explore for a weekend getaway. Lots of room for an extended family stay and basic amenities supplied. Be sure to bring your own shower supplies! Overall, great stay!

Six adults (sometimes 8) not enough wine glasses or flatware. Laundry machines behind doors—one of doors missing. Some doors in bedroom area upstairs sticking. 1 small lamp in living area was ridiculously small. House was showing its age, updates needed especially in bathrooms.Bath towels were awful. I would not rent again.

Great location and room for everyone!

Property was clean, and well situated. Close to the beach and activities, but not too close! Far enough from businesses that it is quiet at night. Some activities we enjoyed: ferry to Southport, fishing with Oak Island Fishing Charters and at the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, visiting the Aquarium at Fort Fisher and boogie boarding at the brach's. at Firt Fisheraand

Great little spot

The house has a great layout for multiple family’s and friends. Kids enjoyed the openness of the downstairs and it was easy to access the areas for larger groups. Bathroom situation couldn’t be better. Beach access is pretty close and manageable. Beach was pretty narrow but that isn’t the property owners control. Was very happy with what we got.

Breath Of Heaven From Almost Heaven WV

This property definitely lived up to its description. It is a very comfortable house and accommodated our three families quite well. It is conveniently located to many of the places we always enjoy visiting. My husband and I enjoyed the front porch on a daily basis. It was an added bonus to have necessary supplies on hand when we arrived. We would most likely rent here again!

Lovely home

Recently stayed here and it was great. Clean, quiet area right outside Fort Fisher. Home had big bedrooms, living area and you can use the garage too with steps right up to the kitchen for easy inloafing. Will def rent again!

Breathe of Heaven was exactly that!! A perfect home for our family vacay this summer! Management was quick to respond to internet issue!! Beach was a quick walk and the beach wagon in the garage was so helpful! We had everything we needed in the house and will definitely stay here again!

A relaxing week!

Location was quiet, a close walk to the beach, and fairly well equipped. Could have used a little more cook and bakeware but it was manageable. Some workers showed up super early one morning to work on the chimney, which was not something we wanted to wake up to, and the lawn care service another morning (who then ran over the mailbox upon departing and later came to fix it)... but over all our stay was good and it was a good week!

Above and beyond expectations

I don’t even know where to begin. WOW. This property was exceptional. Above and beyond what I even hoped for. It was extremely affordable, moreso than other properties available for our dates, which was shocking because it is absolutely beautiful. It was homey, spacious, and SO clean. We had twins who are going on 2 years old, a 9 year old, and three adults. This was the perfect space to spread out, run around, and make family memories. The fenced in upper-story deck from the kitchen was a beautiful area to spend time and allow the kids to run around without worry. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes-crazy easy, even with toddlers. Many rooms, and the living room, had Roku TVs which was a huge plus for our family. AC and heat are also important to us and both worked perfectly for us! There is a door to the front porch from the master, as well as a door to a deck from an upstairs queen master room. If you are considering this space for a trip, it is PERFECT, even if you have kids with you. We could have easily had 4 more people with us and and still enough sleep space/living space. And the customer service/quick responses from property management are an easy 10/10. I don’t have a single suggestion or complaint. If I come back to Kure I will be looking straight to booking this house again!

Great Family rental, with great space.

Great family rental house, whoever as you read in reviews, handles on drawers and doors were still broken , toilet seat I the combined room, no tv in the room with bunk beds, linen wasn’t the greatest and we had to pay for it, due to least than a week stay, hard wash rags, spots on some of the towels and sheets kept coming on the beds while sleeping. Also something wrong with Keurig. Good thing my Mother brought her instant coffee. Overall great stay ! We would stay again if we come back to this area.
