Excellent stay. Clean, calm resort. Staff were very helpful & friendly. They also provided me with a free room upgrade. Will definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time.

Very nice hotel with plenty of room to relax outside. The restaurant serve good food in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always there for you with a smile and helpful mind.

My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for.

We loved our stay at Lina. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The villa itself was perfect and well kept. Would definitely recommend! :)

Breakfast was not great but dinner in the restaurants was great, staff was amazing, and overall I had a great stay.
