Centrally located in Kuta beach, a lot of shops,restos, massage places around. Beautiful sunset from certain room. Room is relatively clean, AC worked well, breakfast is basic. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the road is always crowded, take an extra time to go to airport.

The service was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were close to the beach and shopping for lower prices. The traffic was busy due to being near the beach but we had lots of cheaper food options.

This is a very clean hotel with great service. The newer rooms are brighter and more modern, so just be conscious of which room you are booking for the best experience. The hotel is situated in a great location near lots of restaurants, shops, activities and beach.

Good location and wonderful staff

Loved our stay however next time would stay in a pool view room instead of ocean view. The ocean view only had a large window which couldn't be opened and no balcony to sit out on. The room was good but in need of maintenance which is not the fault of the staff but the owner. The towels were old looking, fraid and grey looking. The staff were all fantastic. Location was good as walking distance to almost everything.
