This was our first time at Rama and we will definitely return. The beautiful tranquil gardens made the whole resort peaceful and quiet. Deluxe rooms were large and well set out.

Such a beautiful place, with lots of trees and plants. The room is old style but kept well and very clean, beautiful furniture. We got upgraded for a bigger room because they didn’t have the room we booked, which was nice! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is big and lively, and restaurant breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only thing could be better is the water temperature, it only went to a little warm, doesn’t go any hott

Back for the 4th time!!!

Our 4th time staying at this oasis in the middle of busy Kuta near the airport. We usually end our Bali trips here for some R & R and be close to the airport for departure. We had a little villa with our own plunge pool and huge room and bathroom. Very private. The large pool is awesome with both sunny spots and shady as well. The swim up pool bar is always a hit for us as are the bartenders and servers. The dining room offers a wide variety on the menu, and the breakfast buffet offers western, East Indian and Asian items. It is huge. The spa is very peaceful and a good value as are the rooms. We love the staff - very warm and helpful. And the beach is just a block away if you have the desire. Plenty of shopping as well. Don't miss this gem.

An oasis in busy Kuta

This is a beautiful hotel in traditional style. The food, pool and staff are exceptional- will stay again. A great location close to airport but very quiet with beautiful gardens.

This is the 3rd time staying at the Rama (the last time was over 10 years ago) and it’s always been a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, close to pool area and gym. The breakfast buffet was ok. The staff are amazing! From front reception to the kitchen/restaurant, pool attendants, garden maintenance, spa ladies, every single one were genuinely warm and friendly. We stayed a couple nights, with one day being Nyepti, so we stayed inside resort, which didn’t bother us as the hotel atmosphere was so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😃

Lovely traditional style villa

Wonderful stay, beautifully appointment villa with private plunge pool. The pool is quite small, but perfect temperature with a good ledge, lovely to sit and read in to cool down! The staff are wonderful, restaurant and buffet very good, main pool is nice with a swim up bar. The spa is exceptional! Great location, close stroll to the beach

The only thing we disliked was the music many days was blaring with the boom boom sound and there were very few people around the pool. Nice soft music should be played as many people were just relaxing and even sleeping. The cleaning staff for our first week was hit and miss - no towels, water, toilet paper - after that the staff was great. The restaurant staff were excellent and the pool staff were so accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the outdoor areas were gorgeous, the food was amazing. My room was spacious and clean. The only problem was with the water leaking to the floor when taking a shower. That’s a design issue that needs attention. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The property was great. Only problem was check in. I booked a booked a deluxe room. I got given a standard which was horrible. I queried it with word on line. No answer just my booking changed suddenly to a standard room booked. Luckily I was able to change rooms at an extra charge. But next time I’ll screen shot the whole booking. It was shady that word suddenly changed my booking to a standard room after questioning it and no response at all from wot if.
