Good food. Very courteous staff

Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay.

The staff were courteous, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. I opted for the **Tree House accommodation**, which was a unique experience. Nestled amidst tall forest trees, it offered a cozy and tranquil setting with amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, bathroom, and internet connectivity. There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful. The food provided was delicious, with satisfactory options that catered well to different preferences. Hotel is not good. No proper management. Not worth to spend money

Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay.
