3-storey cottage in Uuttuniemi. 9 km north of Kuusamo centre (towards Ruka)
In the winter, for example, you can go skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and tobogganing.
During the summer there is possibility to go berry picking, mushroom picking in the canopy forest and fishing. The beach (muddy) is 50m away and a boat is available. The location is quiet and the property is ideal for families and small business groups.
A 3-story cabin built in 2004.
Top floor: 2 single beds.
Middle floor: 1 single bed in each of the two bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room. Living room kitchen + toilet.
Lower floor: 2 single beds in the sleeping alcove, sofa bed in the fireplace room. Mini kitchen and electric sauna (renovated in 2024) + toilet.
