I have been told that the properties are required to clean or change sheets/towels every 3 to 5 days, but I have never experienced such service when I rent an apartment. Is this supposed to be done, or am I misinformed ?

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a visit to Kiev, the property was immaculate. However, the staff at reception didn’t speak English so communication was a bit of an issue but I wouldn’t let this put you off

Position on hotels.com map is not correct. And they Did not answer when I tried to call. Apartment did not have wifi. No soap or shampoo in the apartment and bed was not very comfortable and there was no blinding curtain.

Huoneiston 22 pistorasiaa tekivät vaikutuksen. Latausteho ei ollut sama kuin Suomessa, mutta laatu oli ehdottomasti korvattu määrällä. Maisemat oli hyvät ylemmistä kerroksista. Huoneistossamme oli ainoastaan 1 peitto, toinen olisi ollut kiva toiselle matkustajalle. Jäi myös pyytämättä koska yhteistä kieltä ei ollut aulahenkilökunnan kanssa. Siisti majoitus Kiovan keskustassa. Huoneiston sisutus miellytti silmää.
