Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

An unexpected nightmare

The localization is perfect, however, the building simply doesn't have a condition to accommodate any guest. The lift is older than the Czares, the cleanness is disgusting, the furniture stinks, the mattress is too uncomfortable, the TV doesn't work well, the bathroom has a deposit with a huge amount of messes. The building scares by its condition. Moreover, the host really doesn't speak any word in English and guests are obligated to pay a charge which is reimbursed at the checkout.
