The property is well located for tourists with many shops and amenities that you will like. The property however is run down and isn’t in the best shape. The room I had stayed in smelled like someone had smoked in it and it was a very foul smell. There were stains on the walls and overall the room was not pleasant. The staff are very nice and welcoming and will ensure you have a great stay.

As soon as we entered in the non smoking room it smelled horrible. When they offered to add a humidifier because there were no more rooms.. after telling them to search again they found one.. with our four bags and the 5 staff members none offered to help with them. Could be better..

Hotel was comfortable and clean in a great location. The only thing is that the bathroom is very small, with barely any space to move around and space for storing your toileteries. Also staff could be a bit more accommodating considering we arrived at 2.20pm with a small baby and they made us wait until 3pm for check in in the reception area.

Perfect location just at the entrance of Gion. Super convenient to walk to sight seeing or take public transportation to anywhere. The room is clean and adequate for two people, and the front desk staff are all friendly and helpful.

Hôtel bien situé

Emplacement parfait! Nous avions réservé 2 chambres connectées avec mes enfants et l'espace était très bien. Les chambres sont propres mais pas très bien entretenues (on y trouve parfois de petites taches sur les murs ou têtes de lits qui ne partent pas car nous avons fait le test de nettoyer). Beaucoup de variété au petit-déjeuner (surtout japonais) mais ce n’est pas très chaud. À refaire je choisirais encore cet hôtel pour son emplacement. Le personnel est très gentil.

The breakfast was nothing to brag about and the chop sticks were in a box unwrapped so everyone else's germs would be all over them. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the hallway smelled like something was burning. If you’re elderly the tub is very high to put yourself into. Also not for tall individuals like myself. The only good thing was the location.

Great location and the staff are super helpful and kind. The hotel itself needs lots of loving and remodeling. There were stains on the wall and carpet. Part of the wall paper were coming off in the hallway.
