Perfect location, immaculate vibes and wonderful staff. Air con is fully adjustable and can go as low as 18 degrees. Be sure to try the Vanilla Sangria!

Its a okay hotel. I know its a modern boutique hotel but comparing to traditional 5star hotels, they seemed to be a bit understaffed and light weight. For the price i would just select something else. Location is nice, with easy access to conbini and statbucks

This was our second time visiting this Ace Hotel location and once again, it did not disappoint! Very clean, stylish, and easy to find. It feels exclusive without the pretentious airs. I hope to come back very soon!

Great location, subway access is right in the basement and there are many shops and restaurants nearby with Nishiki market just a couple of blocks away. Overall the hotel is beautiful and modern. The rooms are a decent size and well appointed. Staff were friendly but felt there were a few instances where they could have put in more effort.

Really enjoyed the 4 nights we spent at the Ace Hotel Kyoto. I had stayed in the NYC Ace Hotel before, but this one was much better. I loved the decor and the cool architecture of the building, and the hospitality was consistently great. I really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options too. The gym was a standout — much nicer and better equipped than most hotels. Would happily stay again.
