Our room was very large, with two single beds, a sofa, table with several chairs, microwave, refrigerator. Plenty of room for our suitcases. It was very clean and quiet.

We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Our room was spacious but it needed some dusting in spots. We liked the bathroom layout with separate door for toilet, and separate door for the spacious shower. We would stay here again.

Property was very clean and room was very nice. Beds are a little hard. However it's not as close to the Kyoto station as I thought and the immediate area doesn't have a lot of restaurants nearby. But it's a great place to sleep.
