A nice hotel but inconvenient that there is no one at the front desk for check in. You have to communicate over expedia for the code for check in. They repaond within 5 minutes thankfully

Perfect hotel to stay

Room is very convenience with a little kitchen. Bed is comfortable. 15 minutes walk to CBD. Staff responded within seconds after I sent requests. Definitely will stay again with connect inn in the future. The only problem is we don’t know where to chuck the rubbish away.

Very disappointing

On my honeymoon, booked a double room got given a room with 2 single beds. Nobody at checkin desk and impossible to get hold of reception without phone. Were lucky we managed to run into the cleaners. Didnt receive check in information until 3 days after the booking and there were dead bugs all over desk and windowsill. Coffee and tea not replenished daily. Was told they could deliver luggage to next location- they made us walk 15min to central reception only to find that actually they didnt know how to and instead sent us to local convenient store. If I had have know that they there wouldnt have been any need to drag 2 massive suitcases across kyoto. Was a dampener on an otherwise brilliant trip. Don’t bother wasting your time here unless youre looking for a cheap one nighter

Convenient points Quiet surroundings. The facilities and rooms were clean and neat. Close to JR and Keihan Railway stations. Inconvenient points There is no staff on duty at the reception, so I could not ask questions that I did not understand. There is a washing machine, but there is no dryer, so we had to dry our clothes inside the room.

備品不足気味。改善希望。

今回はHotelsの一泊クーポンでの宿泊だったのであまり気になりませんでしたが、正規価格でこの備品だと残念かも知れません。 飲料水がない。剃刀が無い。バスに椅子がない。TVが小さい。ベッドサイドに照明のスイッチが無い。バッグを置く場所が床しかない。タオル類の質がイマイチ。

部屋は綺麗で、清掃も行き届いていました。狭い！ということはなく、値段にしては十分すぎる部屋だと思います。 京都駅までのアクセスも便利でした。 しかし、レセプトの対応がいまいち。 チェックインについての問い合わせをしても返信が1度しかありませんでした。 また宿泊当日に、ショートメールにお送りしますと言われた部屋の解錠番号も送られず、1どレセプトに電話し「今すぐ送ります」と仰って頂いたにも関わらず送られることはなく… たまたまホテルに行った際に社員さんがいらっしゃったので対応して下さり、事なきを得ましたが、もし居なかったらと考えると少しヒヤッとします。 この際対応して頂いた社員さんはとても丁寧かつ素早く、良い印象でした。恐らく私の宿泊日にレセプト担当だった社員さんがイマイチだったのかな？と思います。 レセプト以外は満足です。機会があればまた利用してもいいかな、と思います。
