Difficulty entering property at .11PM with Code. Owner’s instructions need to be clearer for English speaking clients & only on 1 page. Hot Water Heater was not sufficient for 4 persons. It would turn off after 15 minutes & wouldn’t return for 18 hours. Owner accused us of using hot water for 45 minutes & that was not true. Other upsetting thing was that I emailed the owner while occupying the property what time to check out. I have her documented telling me,” you can leave at 2:00 when cleaning crew starts. We were at Nijo Castle at 11:00 when I received an email from the owner,”Cleaning Crew has arrived, your suitcases were put out on the street.” Property inside was very comfortable & clean. Dealing with owner was difficult.
