The property is very clean and has good restaurants. The only drawback was their onsen. There were too many kids that were too loud. Onsen is supposed to be quiet and relaxing.

Great stay and price point. Rarely is 4 beds available in one room for our family before needing to book another room. We loved this option and the room was perfect, not too small. Breakfast was well stocked and lots of western and Japanese style to choose. Coined laundry service and vending machines were a nice touch. The onsen was also very relaxing and well stocked as well. Would recommend staying here!

Staff are nice and friendly. Our room is spacious and clean. There are lots of great amenities. The hotel is accessible to transportation, 5 minute walk from the train station and bus stop. We were able to use their onsite onsen, it’s good.

This hotel quickly became one of my favorite places to stay! I wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. The hotel offered a variety of on-site amenities, and the building itself housed shopping and dining options. They even provided coupons for some of the dining establishments within the building, which was a nice touch. The restaurant we dined at was fantastic—the food was excellent, and it was conveniently located just downstairs. The hotel's location was ideal; it’s within a 5-minute walk to the station for the local line, making it very easy to get around the city. There was also a park and an aquarium nearby, providing great options for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Access to all the locations we wanted to visit was incredibly easy, thanks to the close proximity of bus and subway lines. The pajamas they provided were so comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the laundry facility—there were only four washing machines, and unfortunately, one was out of order. However, there was a coin laundry just an 8-minute walk away, so it wasn't too inconvenient. Overall, this hotel was a beautiful place to stay and truly one of my favorites. I would definitely love to return!

Nice location near the train station, the public bathing area is a plus, great for a short stay. However having only 4 coin laundry machines (one was down during our visit) is not ideal for a longer stay, there’s always a line of customer waiting to use the laundry.

This hotel was very nice. It had a lot of great food options inside the hotel. The wifi was not stable in the room and kept disconnecting on multiple devices. I wish they had more vegetarian/vegan friendly options for the buffet.

We booked a large four-bed room at Hotel Emion in Kyoto. It was perfect for our family - room was super spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s in a really convenient spot too. There's a small JR line from the airport that connects straight to Kyoto Station and was wheel chair friendly. The public baths were clean and were mostly empty (surprising). There’s also a vending machine in the hotel, plus a 7-Eleven right next door. There are also a few restaurants inside the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing staff. Courtious and willing to help. Plenty of great restaurants with decent price including one inside hotel. Hotel look great and clean. The Japanese style bath was great and included with your stayed. My only minor complain is the inflexibility. All rule and policies are set in stone. More laundry machines with locks would be nice. Thanks all Emion staff to make our stay feel great! Will definitely stay there again
