We had a great stay at the Gracery. The staff were wonderful and the room size was fine for the price we paid and the location (right in the thick of the Teramachi shopping arcade). Pyjamas (nightshirts) were provided, as were toiletries and you could pick up travel sized products freely from reception. We made use of the washing machines and dryers and found them to be very good. We arranged luggage transfer to our next hotel via the reception staff and it all went very smoothly. Would definitely stay again if I returned to Kyoto.

The area is in a cool marketplace. There are a lot of cool restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal location. Hotel offers great toiletries for those staying.

Hotel was located within the shopping street and needed walking from nearby stations. Also within walking distance to the pontocho alley. for sightseeing, you would need to walk to the crowded bus stop. Room was considered spacious by normal Japanese standards but it was also more expensive during the Sakura season. There is a special bathtub with sit down area for shower. Overall, convenient but on the pricey side for 4 star hotel. There is also an additional accommodation tax.

Well situated.

Fabulous hotel. One of the smaller rooms we've had. But nicely situated just within a shopping mall. Great amenities with a large lounge area and dining space just off the laundry room. Only a short walk to the Gion district and even closer to train links.

Hotel Gracery was so conveniently located within the Teramachi shopping malls. Shopped for awhile, strolled through the shops, many places to eat. Right next door to Starbucks, 711 store and much more. Room and bathrooms extremely clean and tidy. I will stay here again. Staff were friendly and obliging.

It is in a great location, with everything you could need within easy reach around. The room on the 2nd floor with laundry, seating, microwave and drinks is brilliant. The only down side is the rooms are a little small for 2 people.

Wow, this hotel is super. 1. Below is all the shopping walking street 2. Nikishi market jus 4 min away 3. Few big shopping mall jus 6 to 7 min walk away but all closed at 8.30 pm. 4. The breakfast buffet not much variety but is very good quality, i loved the negotoro don. 5. The hotel nearby buses goes to a lot of places too. 6. They hv amenities which you can leave your shapoo and body wash at hoe and make space for more souvenirs.
