Great location and building. Comfortable room and bed. Nice bathtub to soak in after long walking days. Front desk speaks English as well. Great simple breakfast, coin laundry available. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This hotel was amazing and our favorite hotel out of all of the ones we’ve visited in Japan. I highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Kytoto

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was very clean, the staff very nice, and the rooms were pretty great size. It was walking distance to what we wanted and there’s orange juice and cold water in the lobby always as well as coffee. It’s in an area away from the crowds of people which I appreciate. Definitely book if you’re visiting Kyoto!

Amazing Location and Service

Great location and amazing staff! The rooms were spacious enough and prestene clean. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was so close to many attractions and/or transportation. We were able to walk to a lot of the temples and other locations qe wanted to visit. The only complaint I had was the number of washing machines. We packed light for our trip and there were only two machines for the whole building, which is not enough at all. In addition, the machines were washing and drying and drying part takes too long, which means people if someone starts using those machines it would take hours before anyone else can. Languange was also another issue. The hotel was full of foreign tourists like us and so I would expect it would be easier to communicate in English. The staff was very kind and still doing their best but it is hard to use Google translate back and forth everytime.

Amazing hotel. It has a really central location with so much within a few minutes walk. The hotel is quiet and comfortable with really friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to book for my next trip to Kyoto

Great central location for branching out into Kyoto. Room was simple but nice and clean (and quite spacious by Japanese standards). Continental breakfast was basic but good enough. The staff were helpful. This is a great value for money base for those visiting Kyoto.
