I was very happy with the property, the only minor note is that I wish we had free water bottles daily like other hotels, though this is offset by the free drinks downstairs which I was happy about. Overall a great stay.

Located in a more quiet neighborhood but only 15min walk to downtown Kyoto. Room and property is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

The rooms are fantastic great size for Japan standards and clean and comfortable! The staff are very friendly on the front desk and this Hotel is in a great location to explore Kyoto close walking distance to public transport also. We ate in the restaurant for two mornings for breakfast the selection was great and the food was delicious worth the money!

The room was great sized. The hotel is in a beautiful location near excellent restaurants and shopping. The amenities were excellent as well with the on site drink machine as well as all the other freebies offered. Will stay here again when we come back to Kyoto.

Absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone! Room was generously sized and in a great location. We pretty much walked everywhere! We also loved the drinks machine and all the other amenities they had to offer

Rooms are bigger than the KOKO at Takayama which we also stayed but also Takayama had an onsen which is a definite plus. Staff are super helpful and professional. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerws good range of both japanese and western options. High quality. Great idea with thw drinks machine. Thanks for a fantadtic stay. Will return. 👍
