While the property was lovely, the bedding (mattress and pillows) were quite uncomfortable. Making for a restless nights sleep. The breakfast offering was not great value. Plus the Laundry with only 2x washers and 2 x dryers was i adequate for the number of guests who wish to use it.

In a very good location ,only few minutes to subway station . Japanese public bath was very good , again rooms are very small . Breakfast was good expect the scrambled eggs was very runny and when one guest complained there would not offer to make it again . This seems to a pattern in all hotel when it comes to scrambled eggs we found .

Room is ok, very basic. Public onsen was small and so crowded, I couldn’t even use it for my 4 days staying there. The area is ok, 7/11 is across the hotel. 15 minutes walk to the shopping street Kawaramachi
