Great location with many tourist sites easily walkable. The room was spacious for a family of four, the private sauna and spa time allocation is amazing and perfect to help recover from all the steps, suggest prefilling the check in information before you arrive for a quick and easy check in. The property is immaculate, very clean, and the staff is very helpful/polite. They use a cloud check in/check out service that I thought was very quick, simple, and user friendly. I absolutely loved the location with amazing food options that are just a short walk. Highly recommend property to stay while in Kyoto.

Small, but comfortable room. Was perfect for us

We stayed here as a group of 5 guys. The check in process was very smooth and everything in the room was very clean and modern. We booked the option with 2 beds in a bedroom and 3 Japanese floor mattresses in the living room. We knew it would be a small room and tight fit, but we were all still very comfortable. If you need more room to spread out, I would recommend getting a bigger room. We would definitely come back! Great price and location as well

This hotel is a great, practical choice for families. Convenient location (quiet but close to main attractions) and while nothing fancy, the rooms were clean and spacious. My family enjoyed staying here!

Location and space 10 out of 10

Family with 3 teenaged boys. The bedroom had 2 full sized beds. The boys slept in the mat sleeping area. Not a lot of room in either room for luggage but the living room and dining area gave us ample space to spread out. The shower was great. We paid to use the spa twice and that was nice. Location was beyond perfect. It was close to everything. We stayed in four different hotels on this trip and this was by far everyone’s favorite space.

Great Value, Comfortable stay.

Great location, good sized room. Self-storage of luggage for early arrival a big plus. 15 and 21 year-olds slept on couches with provided linens. Said the couches were pretty hard. Still overall, highly recommend.
