The location was great. The front desk staff were not helpful at all, also every now and again the air conditioning smelt like cigarettes. Also only one washing machine for the whole hotel which meant you couldn’t use it unless going down at 2am.

We loved our stay here! Before check-in they asked if we were celebrating anything special, and I mentioned it was our honeymoon — when we arrived, there was a bottle of sake waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast we had our first morning was delicious. Even the pajamas they provide were incredibly comfy. I seriously regret not buying a pair to take home. Absolutely 10/10 stay!

The hotel is located in a convenience location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were far enough from all of the crowds but also close enough by walking distance. The room is pretty spacious for Japanese standard. We were also able to organized luggage transport service (Ta-Q-Bin) with Yamato transport that arrived at the hotel 1 day before our arrival. When we got to the hotel, the staff already brought our luggages to the room for us. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff really made this trip better for us. We are not traditional tourists. My husband was having an art exhibition and we had lots of luggage and work type needs.The staff helped us make a local call for an appointment and called a taxi for us. The room was wonderful. I wish they would add a few detailes to their website so that its clear the delux studio has a wash machine in the roomand soap. However, this is minor in the grand scheme of things. The location can't be beat. There is a grocery store right around the corner and so many popular sights to walk to.
The washing machine, just google the panel in English with model of machine, or read the card directions in the room. Also enjoy provided laundry soap if your in the deluxe studio.

10/10!! I’m currently rebooking this hotel as we speak for January. I loved this stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful the room was very spacious and it was in the PERFECT location. I cannot wait to stay here again!
