We had a great stay here at the Rhiga Gran Hotel! The rooms were a nice size and clean! The staff is amazing too! We accidentally left some money in the safe and they messaged us to check to see if we were missing anything and we immediately forgot about the safe. I would recommend this hotel any day!

What a hidden Gem close to Kyoto Station. This Hotel had a friendly and helpful front desk staff member named Yoon. He explained all the amenities in English. Breakfast option is a must have option, otherwise you will be hungry and nothing is open other than 7-11.

The room was spacious for 3 people. It was nice of them to open up another bed for our third person. They also added another amenities to provide our 3rd party. The bathroom and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff people were very helpful and spoke perfect English. Very close to the train station and there were a family Mart and a convenience store with bakeries which was great. Highly recommend staying here if you have 3 people, it was very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great first impression of this hotel. We enjoyed that it was in such a convenient location. It is also by the train station, so that was a plus. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. We appreciated housekeeping daily. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Room is entirely too small for one adult with luggage. No drawer space. Ditch refrigerator and add storage drawers. Wouldn’t stay there again.
