It’s a ok hotel 10 min walk from the station. However room are tried. Bed and cleaners was amazing but bit lacking in the hotel experience. If your planing on just sleeping here it’s fine but if your looking for a bit of luxury and chill this is not the place for you

The location was central. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. Our duvet was disconnected from the inner comforter. The staff kindly addressed it. The brunch buffet was excellent!!

A convenient hotel with an elegant esthetic. They in hotel dining is rather expensive. But there are plenty of great places to eat around the area. The main train station is relatively close and theres a shuttle bus that can help out with getting luggage around.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were able to accommodate all needs. Bringing our luggage to our rooms, shuttle to the train station, laundry services and much more. There are bus stations, malls, tons of restaurants, and shrines about 5-11 mins away walking. Both dining options for breakfast was spectacular. I would highly recommend. The rooms also have complimentary skin care and hygiene products. Something to keep in mind is check in is at 1400.

We stayed in the luxury family room which was massive, we had four beds two at either end of the main room with a lounge, TV and seating area in between. The room has a large bathroom containing two different shower/bath options allowing two people to shower separately at the same time and a separate toilet. The hotel is only a short walk from Kyoto Station which contains many restaurants and food and transport options. I highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, generally well-kept and very comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and good value for money. It would have been nice if the pool facilities were included in the price of the room rather than an extra. Location is close enough to Kyoton Station with a shuttle available too. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.
