Great location and good size room for a longer stay. Mattresses were a bit hard for us and could do with an upgrade. Ask for extra duvet to use as a mattress topper. Quiet considering you are in middle of city. Bathroom clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Great cafe underneath for breakfast set and pastries. Kyoto brewery for a craft beer just around corner the corner. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and spotless room that offered unforgettable panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an incredible variety of high-quality Western and Japanese options.
