Large villa built on one level and equipped with an independent studio with separate entrance. It benefits from a simple and functional layout with air conditioning in the living room and has 5 bedrooms for 10 people. On the exterior side, you will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool and a spacious garden offering just as many beautiful sunny or shaded spaces. The sea is only 150 meters away.
