VILLA LA CABRERA

Villa Cabrera is a super comfortable villa with a large and manicured garden which hosts a beautiful 7 by 4 meter pool with walk in steps and wrap-around sun terraces. The pool is equipped with a special solar blanket which increases the temperature of the pool water by up to 8 degrees (depending on the sunshine) providing for a pleasant water temperature in early and late season (April/May and September/October).

The big private garden also has a spectacular pergola with a stone barbecue and a table tennis table.



The villa is situated in a quiet street just a stroll away to Cap Roig, the best beach in the area known and valued for its large sandy beach surrounded by reddish cliffs and home to Pepe’s chiringuito where dining under the Morera trees with fabulous views of the Mediterranean is the order of the day.



It is at once cosy and spacious, with a lounge and living area, American style kitchen, an outside conservatory for al fresco dining, a neat patio area for a quiet chat or a pre dinner glass of wine so you can dine in comfort. There are three bedrooms, two double rooms with king size beds and sea view from the balcony and a third bedroom with a triple bunk bed and one single. There are also two bathrooms, one with bath while the villa has recently been outfitted with a state of the art air-conditioning system. It is ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. All in all, this villa has everything one needs to have a perfect, beach-side holiday. Great location, excellent price versus quality and the unmistakable comfort the villa offers.

Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.
