This apartment is ideal for sea lovers, as it has a beautiful terrace with views of the port of l’Escala and the sea. When we enter the apartment we find two bedrooms, the first is small and cosy with a bunk bed, the second has two single beds, built-in wardrobes and access to the rear terrace, which is spacious and overlooks the beautiful communal garden and pool, then a bathroom with shower for these two bedrooms. If we continue halfway down the hall we find a small room as a laundry area. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, which is separated from the dining room by a nice breakfast bar. The dining room-living room is spacious and bright with a beautiful maritime decoration, ideal for access to the large terrace, which connects to the suite. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, here we find an area with a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner or lunch with a view of the sea and an area with sofas to share a good time with family or friends enjoying magnificent privileged views. The suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a large window with access to the terrace.
It is worth noting that this beautiful apartment has a garage with private parking. It is a first floor apartment located near the seafront but there are no premises nearby that could cause noise or disturbance during your stay.
It has a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan and cutlery/crockery. Central air conditioning in all rooms. In the pool area we find a well-kept grass area with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing.
