The house is located in a privileged environment of calm surrounded by nature and private houses. Just 1 km from the Empuries beaches and 50 meters from the Natural Park and the Vilanera hiking area, which is very spectacular. At 600 meters from the house there are Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets, Burger King and Molí de L’Escala restaurant. Casa Amapola is a part of the building with two houses, one of which is on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. Yours is on the ground floor and is totally isolated with its own entrance and parking space, its garden and its private pool that nobody uses except you. Casa Amapola has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the house has a very large terrace with direct access to the garden and the pool. Near the house you will find a park for children with a pumptrack for scooters, skateboards and bikes. Also near the house there is an environment of the medieval farmhouses Sant Vicenç de les Corts and Mas Feliu which make an architectural complex surrounded by nature and is very pleasant to walk. If you are looking for a quiet place to totally relax and merge with nature enjoying time with the family, Casa Amapola is perfect for you!
