This beautiful penthouse apartment overlooking the sea has three bedrooms (one en suite with spa bath), two bathrooms and a kitchen open(fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils) to a spacious living room with access to a large terrace of 30 m2, which offers a view to the marina of L`Escala and of the bay of Roses. There is elevator and a parking space. The wonderful communal area has a large pool. This apartment is perfect for wonderful family holidays by the sea! Is situated just 200 meters from the sandy and shallow beach, its ideal for children.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
