Villa Muntanya is located in quiet, residential area on the hillside offering fantastic Villa Muntanya is situated in a quiet residential area on a hillside, offering stunning views of the Pyrenees mountains.

The outdoor area is fully equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers, and a large built-in BBQ. The private swimming pool is Roman-ended, heated (optional), and measures 7 meters by 4 meters, complete with lighting for late evening use.

Near the pool, there is a terrace featuring a shower with a solar-heated water supply, as well as a cold mains supply. The large, one-level terrace surrounds the swimming pool and the side of the house. Additionally, there is a separate lower garden area laid with decking. The entire terrace is enclosed with security gates to ensure children's safety. The garden is beautifully landscaped, filled with various plants and trees, making it a relaxing space to stroll around.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and internet access, a bunk room on the ground floor, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom.

Parking is available on the road outside, and small cars can also use the driveway. Please note that the road is unmade and rough, with no asphalt.

Pleasant stay for families

The house is spacious, tidy and well equiped. The pool and the terrace are very nice. The area offers different beach experiences. Minor drawback is the steep gravel road in front of the house, which requires some driving skills.

Jolie maison au calme a l escala

Très agréable séjour sur les hauteurs de l escala. Maison propre et bien équipée .. l air conditione a été apprécié la nuit.. le propriétaire ( Steve) est très accueillant ; de bons conseils et très disponible. Nous recommandons grandement un séjour à l escala chez Steve !

Une Villa idéale

Nous avons séjourné en famille à 4 personnes. La villa est dans un quartier très calme à 20’ à pied de la plage et du port. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables. Steeve nous a parfaitement accueilli avec des explications claires sur la maison, l’environnement et les visites à faire (village, plage, comment se rendre à Barcelone). Il est à l’écoute de chaque demande et hyper réactif. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine, le WIFI, le barbecue et la climatisation. Nous recommandons vivement. Au plaisir d'y revenir
