Just 16 minutes walk from Riells beach, 5 minutes by car. Located in a passage without exit, with unique access by the neighbors, where tranquility is guaranteed.
The pool is private, with security, access is closed with doors, so that minors cannot access it alone. *Pool open in summer season, check availability the rest of the year.

The living room: with seating area and TV with international channels (French channels). Dining table and chairs. With main terrace.
The kitchen: modern and fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, microwave-oven, electric coffee maker, utensils. with access to the rear terrace where there is a barbecue, there is an awning, and access to the storage room where the laundry is located and where bicycles can be left.
1 bathroom: complete, with WC, sink and shower.
1 Toilet: (sink and wc).

Swimming pool: normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility).

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
