Come and stay in this pleasant, modern, bright and tastefully decorated apartment, just a stone's throw from the centre of La Baule. You will have all amenities nearby, then you can take your bike and go discover the salt marshes or the beach located just over a kilometre away, reputed to be one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The major asset of this accommodation is its large terrace, an oasis of tranquillity where you will love to start your days around a good cup of coffee or tea.
This nicely decorated apartment on the 1st and last floor of a small residence can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, one of which will be perfect for a couple or parents and the second can accommodate children or another couple.
The living area invites you to linger around a good meal or with a good book, the bay window overlooking one of the terraces makes this space a cosy and bright corner. The terraces are equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. As for its kitchen, it is very well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, mixer, electric plancha-barbecue, kettle) so that you can cook good dishes.
To make your stay even more pleasant, an electric barbecue-plancha, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal.
