Lovely spacious apartment in a fabulous complex

The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The huge wrap around terrace is an absolute bonus. There is a dedicated, secure parking space in the garage too. The check in process was really easy and Mme Molac was very responsive to any queries and requests. We loved the whole complex and the pools (and La Baule in general). All in all an excellent week and we will definitely hope to return here.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très agréable, parfaitement équipé, et décoration soignée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La vue de l’appartement est très paisible Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Plage à 5 minutes à pied L’hôte de cet appartement est très bienveillante et réactive quant aux réponses. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !

Un séjour au top

La résidence avec sa piscine était parfait pour nos enfants. Au niveau pratique tout était au top entre le parking et l'appartement. En parfait état il a comblé toutes nos attente pour ces vacances.

Bel appartement, spacieux, dans un cadre très agréable. Seulement 2 salles de bain et 1 toilette

Le temps n'a pas été très favorable, dommage car la plage est très proche. Centre de la Baule, Guerande, parc des Dryades. Uniquement des lieux à proximité, entre 2 averses. Les enfants ont pu cependant profiter de la piscine

Belle location mais ménage et électroménager à revoir!

Résidence bien placée et appartement spacieux. Malheureusement, appartement sale à l’arrivée (canapé avec sable et poils d’animaux, vaisselle et meubles sales,..) et électroménager défaillant (machine à café Senseo, aspirateur Dyson). Un vrai ménage inclus dans le prix élevé de la location aurait permis de passer une semaine agréable au lieu de nettoyer!

We en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon we dans cet appartement, très lumineux, superbe terrasse, avec une belle vue sur le parc. Très bien équipé. Point très positif pour nous: linge de lit, maison, et de cuisine sont fournis. Pour une famille de 5, ça allège les valises. Et un grand merci pour les lits faits à notre arrivée. Superbe residence pour famille

Appartement avec terrasse spacieuse donnant sur un grand parc avec piscine très agréable. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge qui étaient ravis de pouvoir jouer sur la terrasse et gambader dans le parc de la résidence. Plage proche et centre de La Baule rapidement accessible. Nous reviendrons!

Magnifique appartement situé dans une charmante résidence au cœur de la Baule. Le logement est spacieux, bien agencé et parfaitement équipé. Le plus de cet appartement est la grande terrasse ! Nous avons passé une super semaine, je recommande ce logement.

Excellentes vacances

Appartement très fonctionnel, propre et proche de la mer. La terrasse est SUPER. Nous avons apprécié y manger matin, midi et soir par n importe quel temps grâce à la partie couverte. Superbes Terrasse et vue

Bel appartement lumineux et calme. Résidence de standing avec superbe parc et sa piscine jamais bondée de monde. Un gros plus pour la terrasse spacieuse et bien aménagée.

Apartment with lovely and large terras

We had a pleasant stay of two weeks, we were with our two daughters (18 and 16) total of 4. An apartment with a very large terrace with both sun and shade options. Good location on the second floor (with elevator) in a maintained park with 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated. There is a small shop around the corner. The apartment has a nice kitchen with oven, a spacious fridge and plenty of other devices. A large TV and plenty of seating options. Extras such as a beachumbrella is very much appreciated. Although we were satisfied, we want to give feedback; we found that the cleaning could be better and some things need maintenance (for example the taps).

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement très près de la plage - dans une belle résidence bien sécurisée l'appartement est bien agencé et la terrasse exceptionnelle qui peut être utilisée même en cas de mauvais temps avec sa partie couverte c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons
