Magnificent sea view in La Baule!
How about having your breakfast while contemplating the ocean? This beautiful apartment located facing the sea on the seafront of La Baule, right on the water's edge, is close to all amenities! You can treat yourself by dining in one of the beach restaurants located just a few metres from the apartment or set off to explore the Guérande peninsula, endowed with numerous tourist attractions, including the salt marshes, the wild coast or the preserved nature of the Brière Park and many other magnificent places to discover!
Welcoming 70 m² sea view apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with a lift, which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a pleasant living area with a large bay window overlooking a beautiful balcony with garden furniture, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a citrus press. A television, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hairdryer are also available.
*Roadworks are in progress on the Boulevard (outside July/August).
Located in an ideal area for families and facing the sea, shops and restaurants, the rental is located at:
- opposite La Baule beach
- 200 m from the restaurant Le Clan des Fish
- 300 m from the restaurant "Les pieds dans le sable"
- 800 m from the restaurant "Le rentre à pied"
- 750 m from the Lajarrige avenue market (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, wine merchant, etc...)

The La Baule embankment is a super walking and running track, with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The coastal path extends walks by passing from sheltered coves to fishing areas. To vary the pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, taste ice cream or churros along the quays of Le Pouliguen.
