Old farm completely renovated by architect (159 m² of living space) with an orchard of approximately 3000 m² fenced, outbuildings, a closed shed. Independent access, rural environment.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with fireplace-bread oven, 1 bedroom. (2 single beds) + private bathroom, fitted and equipped kitchen, appliances and TV included, 2 storerooms, toilet, exposed beams. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms. attic rooms (1: 1 double bed, 2: 2 single beds, 3: 2 single beds) + cupboards and exposed beams, 1 bathroom/wc. Oil central heating (package of €15/day from September 15 to April 15), hot water by electric tank. Cleaning package €80 extra and obligatory for professionals.
