Smple, very appreciated, close to everything but quiet, this 31m² apartment with bedroom and balcony overlooking the Dordogne and well equipped to allow you to spend a pleasant and rejuvenating stay.
Near the train station and the shuttle station to access Mont Dore, you also have private parking at the back of the building.
From there, you can easily take advantage of all the assets of the superb La Bourboule station on foot. Enough to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. The Fenestre Park, the water sports center, the thermal baths, the media library, the cinema, the theater, the Casino and so on are there for you.
In the accommodation, on the first floor (without elevator) you have:
- a kitchen living room with TV and BZ sofa (140 bedding) as well as fitted kitchen equipment. From the kitchen you have a view of the Charlanne plateau and the private parking.
- and a bedroom with a double bed 140 and 2 single beds. In the closet, if necessary there is a baby cot available. The toilet and shower are separate. In general, and we want to, the bedding is appreciated. We provide duvets and pillows. The rest of the sheets .... will be brought by you but you can also rent the necessary from our provider (notify in advance).
