Bon séjour mais nuits infernales

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, bonne communication avec les propriétaires, et nous avons apprécié le séjour dans l'ensemble. Par contre, nous avons passé de très mauvaises nuits. Il conviendrait de prévoir au minimum un ventilateur utilisable la nuit (silencieux) pour permettre aux locataires de dormir. La rue était indiquée tranquille mais ça reste le centre ville (bruit de circulation dès 7h, balayeuse, camion poubelle dès 8 h et travaux de rénovation dans le bâtiment d'en face avec bruits de disqueuses etc + concert pas loin le dernier soir jusqu'à minuit). Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres... Nous n'avons pas trouvé de thermomètre mais il devait faire 30 degrés dans l'appartement. Avec un enfant de 4 ans, c'était rock n'roll ! Il faut choisir entre le bruit ou le four.... Conclusion : sûrement adapté à un séjour hors saison ou l'hiver mais intenable en été par fortes chaleurs, ou alors il faut faire poser une clim.

Ce logement est situé au calme tout en étant en plein centre avec parking facile. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et très agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Fonctionnel et très bien situé

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement très propre et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien. Très bien situé dans une petite rue perpendiculaire au boulevard principal où l'on trouve commerces, bar et restaurants (vente à emporter actuellement).
