Semi-detached house (160 m²) with no overlooking neighbors, located at the back of the farm, guaranteed tranquility, with its own pond (accessible via a gate), situated near the Senonches forest (mushrooms) and in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, comprising:

Kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave
Living room with TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi access

Upstairs:

Swimming pool located on the hosts' property. It is heated and covered (open from April 15th to mid-October, weather permitting). Dimensions: 8 x 4 m, depth: 1.10 to 1.70 m. Swimming is unsupervised. Pool opening hours: 9 am to 7 pm.

Visits to the working farm are possible.

Pets are not allowed. There are no suitable facilities.

Due to the unsupervised bodies of water (pond, swimming pool), the owners decline all responsibility in case of an accident. The same applies to the agricultural part of the farm (stable, barn, tractor, etc.).

Weekly rental schedule: Saturday arrival 4 PM and Saturday departure 10 AM.
Weekend rental schedule: Friday arrival 6 PM and Sunday departure 6 PM. Flexibility possible.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

From Paris, take the N12 to Verneuil sur Avre. At Verneuil, take the D941 towards La Ferté Vidame. Drive about 12 km then turn right towards La Chapelle-Fortin. At the second crossroads, turn left. The gîte is at "L'Epinay" (on the right).
