Valérie & Vincent (cinema enthusiast) open the doors to an authentic, charming, carefully restored agricultural outbuilding (once linked to the perfectly renovated traditional neighbouring Bresse farm, dating from the 19th century, which they occupy), nestled in a quiet, sheltered spot on the edge of a small pond covered with reeds (home to frogs) on a peaceful enclosed property of 8000m² with trees, flowers & vegetation, classified as an LPO refuge, largely maintained "ecologically" (sustainable mowing & country flowers) housing a peaceful farmyard roaming freely in the spirit of a "micro farm" (geese, chickens & rooster,. Absolute tranquility in the heart of the Bresse countryside, in a mini rural residential hamlet nestled in a cul-de-sac, in the hollow of the verdant lower Doubs valley, a gentle bocage plain dotted with beautiful wild forests (partly protected in ZNIEFF for its (rich fauna and flora), not far from the mountainous foothills of the Jura. A peaceful little "countryside corner" and a literal haven of peace and relaxation, nestled between fields and meadows, a stone's throw from a wood and bucolic ponds, not far from the village and its leisure center with a rare supervised "natural" lake converted into a "biological swimming area" ("Espace Robelin" with refreshment bar, snack bar, and various fun activities). Very comfortable cottage. Warm "country chic" character with a "romantic" atmosphere, incorporating a rich decor inspired by American cinema. Ultra cozy and comfortable. Enormous charm.
