Chalet Paravis is a beautiful, split-level chalet for nine guests, with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna and shower.

Set just a 2.5km drive from the busy ski village of La Clusaz, it strikes a great balance between a quiet residential setting and easy access to great skiing, hiking, biking and the village shops and restaurants.

And with a sauna, games room and stunning views from the terraces, you've got all the ingredients for a great holiday!

The accommodation is set over three floors, with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. This separation makes it a great choice for two families. Each gets their own sleeping areas but everyone can get together to cook, eat and hang out on the ground floor, in the cosy seating area, the stylish kitchen and around the dinner table.

There are also two terraces - the larger upper terrace, just off the kitchen, is the perfect place to fire up the barbecue and enjoy a meal as you soak up the view.
There's plenty of parking outside the chalet, but the garage has been converted into a useful games room, gym and bike store.

Please note that, although fully operational, the downstairs shower is relatively small and not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This multi-level chalet has a spiral staircase that could be challenging for families with small children and people with reduced mobility.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
